Thinking of the military diet, does it sounds like a strict regime. People who know it, claim you can get healthy, but most of all, you are going to lose weight. This diet is also called the 3-day diet, and you can lose 10 pounds a week. 

Those who advocate the military diet say that it has been designed by a team of nutritionists in the US military so that soldiers shape up very quickly.

It is also believed and speculated that the diet was ‘created’ by a specialist in marketing and not a nutritional expert at all. He supposedly developed the website about this diet and now generates a huge income from the paid advertisements.
